Rather than creating a circular color wheel with just primary, secondary, and tertiary colors, she ventured into uncharted territory, seeking to unravel the mysteries of color by manipulating its light and darkness using her patterns. In this series, Schembri seamlessly blends different shades and hues of color using black and white, pushing the boundaries of what is possible. This dichotomy is not merely a tool but a collaborator, an essential element that elevates the entire artistic experience.
