The space includes a loft/bed area, a lounge area, 1 full bath, an open L-shaped common space with conference table, kitchenette, and storage room (see diagram). The garage door opens up to the common space and has an industrial chic look + feel with concrete floors, track lighting, and exposed air ducts. Please let us know your specific furniture requirements, as you may need to rent additional furniture and equipment. Furniture can be reconfigured or cleared out with notice. You’re welcome to use your own catering services.
Location / Nearby There are 3 dedicated parking spaces available directly in front of the space. We have street level/ garage door access, so no stairs or ramps are needed for load in. Street parking and empty lot adjacent to warehouse space is available for parking. We are also near public transit options and ride shares are always a great option.
The studio is off of Oltorf neighboring ABGB and CVS on S. Lamar, providing easy access to convenience and grocery store (HEB) as well as quick access to SoCo, downtown and many Bouldin’ Creek attractions.
