The Evening:

Julie Ahmad has opened up her gallery / studio space in the 04 to showcase not only her latest work, but is also including the work of three additional wildly talented ATX female artists! Mix & mingle while listening to energizing music spun by a local female DJ, then we will have a brief discussion with each of the artists to give you a deeper connection to the work + motivation behind the art. Artwork will be available to purchase on a first come, first serve basis and open to pre-sales!

We will also be honoring the folks that make it possible for us to continue to do the work that we love: our esteemed Collectors. We have had the opportunity to photograph and interview a few of the families and individuals that have acquired our original art. With this, we have created a printed catalog to memorialize their contributions to our careers as local, independent artists. This publication will be available to view and gifted at the event.

Julie Ahmad, Abstract Artist & Hostess

Intersectional Feminist Abstract Artist who paints from intuition and a rooted sense of responsibility for social awareness by utilizing symbolism, color and expressive techniques.

Donna Schwandt, Mixed Media Painter

Intricate, vibrant and entrancing are what come to mind when describing Schwandt's art. Every piece is its own character and energy; it is so evident how much care and passion is put in with the level of details added. The electric color pairings and the brilliant composition in the geometric shapes are a nod to a new age of Klimt-like works in the world of fine art.

Lisa Zinna, 3D Photography Art

Self-taught photographer, ideator, and collage artist who aspires to turn a routine snapshot into an ethereal expression of joy. She employs unexpected color palettes to create works that are inspired by nature and form and opens up fresh perspectives and sensations.

Charlotte Schembri, Geometric Abstract Painter

Charlotte creates geometric and neon paintings with an ode to the optical illustion. There is a rhythm and harmony to her work that often creates a feeling of both excitement and order for the viewer. It's clear that she has a strong draw towards shapes, contrast and clean lines.
